When a loss or a hard blow comes.

We return to Allah

ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَـٰبَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَٰجِعُونَ

Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allāh, and indeed to Him we will return."

A prayer in loss

اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا

Allah, grant me reward amid this loss, and replace what I lost with something better.

Sahih Muslim 918a

In brief: The Prophet ﷺ said that a Muslim who says the return-to-Allah words and this prayer in calamity receives a better replacement from Allah.
