After eating
×1الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلاَ قُوَّةٍ
Praise belongs to Allah, who fed me this and gave it to me, without strength or ability of my own.
In brief: The report promises forgiveness of past sins to the person who says this after eating.
